"Felt like a bait and switch"
The sample photos made it look like the pictures would turn out really nice, but what I got was totally different. Most of them were blurry and just didn’t look good at all. it felt like a bit of a bait and switch, and I don’t think it was worth the money.

Not gonna lie, dealing with customer support was frustrating. I reached out hoping to get some actual help, but the responses didn’t really solve anything and I felt like I was just going in circles.

"Had a couple hardware hiccups"
We had some trouble with the booth hardware freezing twice during events, which made setup a lot more stressful than I expected. It was one of those things where you’re already trying to get everything ready, people are asking questions, there are cables everywhere, and then the hardware decides not to cooperate. It all worked out eventually, but those freezes definitely added extra stress in the moment.

"Really slow to get a response"
I contacted them it took way too long to hear anything back. I get that people get busy, but there was no follow-up or quick update at all, so I was just left waiting and wondering what was going on. Frustrating and not the best first impression.

"Bad ordering experience, unclear updates"
Ordered from Photobooth Nook. wish I hadn’t. Checkout was fine. Simple. But after I paid, updates were almost nonexistent.

I kept having to check on things myself. Sent messages too. Replies came slow. And when they did reply, it didn’t really answer my questions. Felt messy. Like nobody was really on top of the order.

Maybe other people had a better experience. I didn’t. It was frustrating from start to finish. Not smooth at all. I wouldn’t order from them again.

"First impression wasn’t great"
Right out of the box, my first impression was that it looked okay, but it didn’t feel very sturdy. The booth felt a bit flimsy when I started using it, and the prints came out blurrier than I expected. It’s not terrible, but it definitely feels cheaper than it looks.

"Shipping was slower than expected"
The order itself was fine, but the shipping took way longer than I expected. I was actually waiting on it because my sister needed it too, so the lack of tracking updates made it a little frustrating. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, just kind of annoying having to wait that long.

"Just not my kind of look"
I don’t know, the whole site just felt really bland to me. The colors seemed dull, the photos didn’t really fit together, and overall it just looked kind of boring. I kept feeling like nothing matched, nothing stood out, and nothing really made me want to trust the brand or keep browsing. It just wasn’t my kind of look...

"Booth design felt off"
I’ll be honest, the booth just didn’t really do it for me. It looked kind of bulky and plain, and it didn’t match the vibe of the event at all. The setup also felt a bit cheap, which was disappointing. I was expecting something more polished. Anyway, the event itself had good energy, so it stood out even more.

"Box showed up totally smashed"

"Really frustrating experience"
I’m disappointed and wouldn’t use them again. The whole experience was made worse by how unclear the communication was, I felt like I had to keep guessing what was going on, which got annoying fast.

I don’t know, maybe it’s just me, but I don’t think it’s worth the money. It feels way too pricey for what you get, and I was expecting a bit more at that price point...

"Instructions were confusing"
The instructions weren’t very clear, so I had to keep stopping and figuring out what they meant. On top of that, I kept getting asked to verify things over and over, which got really annoying after a while

"I found it sorta too bulky..."
I found it sorta too bulky for smaller events. It works, but moving it around wasn’t as easy as I was hoping...

"It took me longer to set this up..."
It took me longer to set this up than I thought it would. The instructions were a little unclear in a few spots, so I ended up having to redo things a couple times before it finally worked. Not the worst experience, but definitely more "frustrating" than I expected.

"Tech support just sent me in circles"
I ran into trouble while trying to set up my photobooth and reached out to support thinking they’d be able to help. It took a long time to hear back, and when they finally responded, it was mostly the same basic troubleshooting steps I had already tried.
After that, I felt like I was stuck in a support loop where they kept repeating the same suggestions instead of actually looking into the issue. I ended up figuring most of it out on my own, which was frustrating after paying for the product. I wouldn’t use them again...
